Refund Policy

AC K9 Training – Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 17, 2026

At AC K9 Training, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized dog training services. Due to the nature of our programs, including Board & Train, Private Lessons, and Consultations, the following refund policies apply:

​

1. Board & Train Programs

  • Cancellations 1 Month or More Before Start Date: Full refund of deposit or payment, minus any non-refundable fees if applicable.

  • Cancellations Within 1 Month of Start Date: Deposits or fees may be forfeited. Exceptions may be made at AC K9 Training’s discretion in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Program in Progress: Once a Board & Train program has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Private Lessons

  • 24-Hour Notice: Clients may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions cancelled or missed without 24-hour notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Packages: Prepaid lesson packages (4 or 8 lessons) are non-refundable, but unused lessons can be rescheduled to accommodate your schedule. Lessons never expire.

3. Consultations

  • Consultation Fee: $100.

  • If you book a Board & Train program after a consultation, the $100 fee is applied toward your chosen program.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable if you choose not to enroll in a program or cancel without prior notice.

4. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at AC K9 Training’s discretion.

  • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ACK9TrainingLLC@gmail.com

5. Payment Disputes

  • AC K9 Training reserves the right to deny refunds if a payment dispute is filed without prior communication or attempt to resolve the matter directly.

6. Agreement

By booking any AC K9 Training service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
